How Does Delivery Dine Work?

• We are a multi-restaurant delivery service, that serves Central Phoenix, parts of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
  You may place your order Online or by phone 602-325-9334
• A delivery driver is dispached to the restaurant and places your meal in an insulated thermal carrier and delivers it directly to you home, office, or hotel room.

How much does it cost?

• DeliveryDine.com charges $5.99 per order. 
• There is a $20 minimum order amount.
• Gratuity is Included for your ordering convenience.  
  Drivers are Not Empoyed by Delivery Dine, They depend on a tip for their pay. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed at the restaurant.
• A delivery five miles outside of the restaurant, is subject to a $1.00 per mile. 
• Cash orders receive a 4% discount / all other orders have a 4% handling fee.

How do I enter my coupon code?

• On the Home Page or any Menu Page, click on the Enter Coupon bar.
• For most coupons to be deducted from your order, a $15.00 food minimum is required.

Can I place my order in advance and specify a certain day and time I want it delivered?

• Yes, on the Home Page or any Menu Page, click on the Advance Order bar. On the following screen, click on Feed Me Later and enter the date and time you want your order.
• Advance orders can only be made for dates and times during our normal business hours.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Usually within one hour from the time you placed the order.
• Some conditions such as weather, traffic and how busy the restaurant is, may require more time.

 Does the delivery driver check my order?

• Your delivery driver relies on the restaurant staff to prepare and pack your order accurately. For health reasons, deliver drivers are not permitted to open containers.

Is my order placed with the restaurant right away?

• Not always.  We time placing the order so it is not sitting there getting cold.  We prefer having the delivery person wait a few minutes while the meals are completed.

How can I make special requests for menu items?

• Note: A Request is just that .. If request is not made right we are unable to correct this. Our service is delivery. We do not prepare the food.  If you should have any special request, click the EDIT button next to your item and type them in.
• Extras may cost more and will be added to your total when required.

Why don't you deliver for every restaurant in the area?

• We have an agreement with the restaurants we deliver from. Some restaurants don't realize the benefits of providing a delivery service to their customers.
• If there is a favorite restaurant you would like to see added, please contact the owner or manager of that restaurant.
